My designs are the result of a continual attempt to search for a natural response to the brief in question.
An interest in the structural and decorative qualities of timber, the sculptural form, and a need to create space within space,
an arena wherein form and function vie with each other.
Ultimately there is a desire to impart a sense of gravitas to the design, whether whimsical, commonplace or sublime.
In each case this is achieved through craftsmanship.
