HOPE
Hope is a very deep and personal journey for me. It was a realisation on emotional intent and subjection. What is Art without emotion, purpose or reason?
Hope is my memories and vision, physically and emotionally transferred through painting on photographic emulsion to paper. Through specific movements and strokes different emotions could be displayed along a kind of self-therapy and reflection throughout the visual journey. The subject matter was myself but not I feel self-portraits, more therapy that without my own figurative representation could not be possible.
